How did we get here so fast?!?

We had a great time celebrating Aidan's 2nd birthday! He chose McDonald's (for nuggets and fries) as his birthday dinner. Uncle Nuch, Nana, and Papa came with us (such good sports). After dinner we came home to open presents.

Aidan was so cute this year opening presents. He would unwrap each one and say, "Oh, what's this?" or "Look!" He really took time with each gift and was so excited. He was playing with his new umbrella when Uncle Nuch snuck in with his motorcycle. The umbrella went flying and Aidan ran across the kitchen as fast as his little legs would take him. He was beyond excited as he has been asking Uncle Nuch for a motorcycle since Christmas. After riding it around the house we headed out to the cul-de-sac for a few minutes.

We finished the evening with singing "Happy Birthday" (Aidan sang along- he has been practicing for a while). Aidan actually liked the cake this year!! He sat and ate all of the M&M's off as we sang over and over again. May all of your wishes come true, sweet Aidan! You are very loved!
