Ho, Ho, NO!

We were Christmas shopping at the mall this weekend and decided to take Aidan to see Santa while we were out and about. We thought he was going to be just fine as he munched on Cheerios and pointed to the sparkly reindeers while we waited in line. As we got closer Aidan began to stare Santa down and got a puzzled look on his face. We knew at that moment that what we were about to experience was not going to be the merry bliss of the Christmas season. It was too late to back out...we had made it to the front of the line. So we did what any good parents would do and set our sweet little boy right on the lap of a large man in a plush, velvet suit. He did ok until Mike walked away from him and left him on Santa's lap all alone. I think it's safe to say that Santa is not one of Aidan's favorite people at the moment. There's always next year...

Do we really have to go dad?

Merry Christmas!
